Hi, I’m Veronika, and I created Redwood Pantry with a simple but important goal: to make it easier for people to choose healthy snacking options. After personally experiencing the benefits of a lectin-free diet, I realized that finding tasty, convenient, and truly healthy snacks was a challenge. That's when the idea for my lectin-free pastry brand was born.
